How to Wear

Place the pad in your underwear with the soft bamboo charcoal (black) side facing your skin. Wrap the wings around and fasten the snap button underneath. Simple, secure, and comfortable.

How to Wash

Hand wash: Rinse in cold water immediately after use until water runs clear. Apply a little liquid soap, gently knead, rinse thoroughly, and hang to dry.

Machine wash: Rinse in cold water first, then place in a laundry net bag and wash with your regular laundry. Hang to air dry. Do not tumble dry or use bleach.
