How to Wear

Place the pad in your underwear with the soft bamboo charcoal (black) or bamboo fibre (white) side facing your skin. Wrap the wings underneath and fasten with the snap. Change every 4–6 hours depending on your flow.

How to Wash

• Wash new pads once or twice before first use to maximise absorbency
• After use, rinse immediately in cold water until water runs clear
• Machine wash at up to 40°C on a gentle cycle — use a laundry net bag for best results
• Air dry or tumble dry on low; sunlight helps naturally sanitise
• Do not bleach or use fabric softener
